Horrible experience!I ordered from this supermarket via Deliveroo and ordered frozen pastries. Usually when I order from any supermarket, frozen items come in their original packaging with an expiration date. Usually the order also comes in a thermo bag with ice. My order was delivered in a loose paper bag, the frozen items were loosely packed in a plastic tray with cling foil wrap. I called the supermarket several times, spoke to the manager who promised twice he would send me a picture of the original packaging with expiration date but he didn’t. I told him I am pregnant and afraid the products may cause food poisoning or any harm. He didn’t care.Lastly the delivery took much longer than the timings provided to Deliveroo but that’s just a small detail.

Delivery was late 3h 10minutes. So unprofessional. If you are giving options for delivery you should respect that.Rather than that ,açaí is so good. Taste and everything really good

All mangoes were green and half were sour and others were rotten from inside. While peeling them almost all the mangoes had black spots. Very very bad experience. Would never buy again

The eggs is great, 5 stars, but the nouq ice cream:1. I received it almost totally melted.2. The quality is not as expected, simply it is not ice cream, does not worth the money.

I gave 3 stars as today’s delivery missed delivering few items which I had paid. Courier said he accidentally forgot to give the other bag.. Little thing but really annoying as I even had to call to check instead he notified me when he realized his mistake.

The online portal is easy to use and they keep you updated about everything, once your order is placed. Delivery was very efficient. What I didn’t like is they advertise free shipping when 100AED or over is spent. I ordered a turkey costing 127AED, but in my basket I needed to make my total 150AED, to get free shipping.

Updated: THEY STOLE MY MONEY. DUBAI POLICE WILL TAKE ACTION!I will NEVER buy from them! And neither should YOU! Most things in their website they claim to be in stock but it’s NOT! They give all customers a 9am to 10pm window to deliver. But DONT commit to their own schedule! They basically TOOK MY MONEY and didn’t give me my delivery! And they don’t answer their number. They just hang up on you! They only want you to communicate through email, and you don’t know when you will receive a reply! SHADY BUSINESS RUN BY SHADY PEOPLE!

Were new to Dubai and have ordered from QF a couple of times now, some of the groceries we ordered from them are very rare tropical fruits that are not easy to find anywhere else in Dubai. Not only that were able to have them, but I have to say the quality is top-notch! Also delivery was always on time and everything comes packed up very professionally in bio-degradable paper bags! With all that being said, we will continue ordering from QF and they will remain our main grocery source!

Delivery was promised when ordering 4 days ago for 04/20 and all products were displayed as available. after calling the QualityFood.ae Phone No. on the 20th, the employee confirmed me by phone that my goods would definitely be delivered from 9 AM to 10PM today! Now we have April 21st and it still hasnt arrived!I called again at 10 a.m. and spoke to the employee again where the delivery left. He promised me that the goods would still be delivered today. Im supposed to call him again at 12 PM and remind him (funny, isnt it?)OK, said done, I like doing it, no problem.since 12 PM your PM no longer answers the phone and have not been available for over 4,5h hours. There was still no response to an email request to customer service, although Google shows that they are available 24 hours a day.Guys I have no problem with that, if you cant deliver, then let the customer know and cancel the order and just transfer the money back.But with lies (unfortunately I cant call it any other way) you dont put your company in a good light!Be available to yourself and your customers!— — —They send me my products on 22.04 after I told them Via Email that I don’t accepted the 23.04 (confirmed was 20.04). The only reason why I did my order here, was the availability of the white Asparagus which they showed as in Stock! But before the delivered my order I received an Email with a refund for the Asparagus which was now out of Stock. Whatever I don’t thing that I would order a second time, they gave me a 20% Discount code for my next order for the delay but if you show products in stock and a customer order this items. Then it is very unserious for a company if you send a out of Stock massage two days after the first confirmed delivery date. Beside was the quality for some vegetables not fresh as you expect. After a short Mail to their Customer service, the give me here for also a refund.Summarized back office was good but to late, Hotline Service was not very honest, delivery of my order to the confirmed time is middle to bad. Sadly only two stars due to the explained reasons.

I ordered 3 days ago for 400dhrs of grocery, but they didnt delivered 4 of the items i had ordered but they wrote it on the bill and i paid for it ! I call them twice to enquiry about it and they told me it was a mistake and that they will deliver me those items soon !!! Nothing ! I will not order again on this website !!!

Very very very bad most of the things in their website is out of stock and they doesnt say to you or show you that the products is out of stock but when you order and when its the due date for the delivery they send me an email that the items is canceled because there is no stock, but what after waiting 2 days you are telling that the order is cancelled.

I have ordered they canceled my order after they have took the money and when i call the man he says bank procedures, now we have completed 15 days and my money havent returned.
